Attorney Barry Mills is a licensed California attorney and has been practicing since 1996. Barry is a problem-solver whose goal is to get the best result for his clients. His approach to the practice of law is to provide a professional service to his clients. While running a law office is a business, Barry is more interested in providing his clients competent legal advise and representation.

Barry graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1993. He clerked at the preeminent personal injury law firm of Casey, Gerry, Schenk, Francavilla, Blatt & Penfield until he passed the California Bar Exam. Not only did Barry learn the skills of litigating personal injury claims at the Casey, Gerry law firm, but he also gained valuable law and motion experience in a wide array of civil litigation matters.

In 1996, Barry took his law and motion and civil litigation experience and formed his own law firm. Since then, he has gained experience in the areas of employment litigation, consumer finance, debt and credit issues and class action lawsuits. He has been involved in approximately 100 cases involving consumer financial issues. He has represented numerous employees against employers.

Barry has a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah in Political Science and Latin-American Studies. He also completed a dual minor in Spanish and Economics. He also has extensive knowledge of Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
