Most employment lawsuits are prosecuted on a contingency fee basis. We also advance some of the costs of litigation. In other words, you only pay our fee if we recover money for you. However, there are some instances where we may agree to charge an hourly rate or a flat-fee for services. If the employment case is prosecuted as a Class Action, we never directly charge you an attorneys fee and all of the costs are advanced until the case is resolved.
